Plasticizing Cement Admixture for Dry-Mix Mortar

MYKOSIL D

MYKOSIL D is an admixture which can be used in the manufacture of dry-mix mortar. It can also be used in the traditional onsite concrete mixes.

Advantages

  • Reduced W/C ratio
  • Better strength
  • Very good to extract the maximum physical properties out of PPC grade of cement.
  • Lesser heat generation during setting, therefore, better final strength.
  • An important ingredient to be used in the modern day concrete, where 1\4-sand' is used in traditional, onsite mixing.

Usage

Mix 1 kg of Mykosil D for a 50 kg bag of cement (2% w/w of cement).

Flush eyes with water thoroughly.

Skin contact

:

Properly wash the exposed areas after use.

Inhalation

:

Wear a mask to prevent inhalation if Mykosil dust is flying freely and is present in the ambient air

MYKOSIL ONSITE

MYKOSIL ONSITE is a polycarboxylate based cement plasticizing admixture.

Advantages
  • Improved concrete plasticity, therefore,
  • Better workability
  • Better flow of cement
  • Reduced W/C ratio
  • Better strength
  • Good early strength gain.
  • Very good to extract the maximum physical properties (Strength characteristics) out of PPC grade of cement.
  • Lesser heat generation during setting, therefore, better final strength. An important ingredient to be used in the modern day concrete where 'M-sand' is used in traditional, on site mixing.

Odour : Odourless

Form : Liquid

Packing: 500 gms, 35 kg carboy

Usage

Mix 1 kg of Mykosil Onsite for a 50 kg bag of cement. (2% w/w of Cement).
